Pastor - Michael Naylor has been a pastor for over seven years. He has pastored two churches in the Fayetteville area with much success before coming to Victory. Pastor Naylor holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biblical Studies from Andersonville Theological Seminary and a Master of Arts Degree in Theological Studies from Liberty University. He is currently working on a second Master's Degree in Professional Counseling at Liberty University.

Pastor Mike is committed to Christ through a passion for His Word, prayer and worship. He lives for Christ through faith, obedience, discipleship and he also has a passion for leading others to Christ.

He was born in Virginia, and came to reside in Hope Mills, NC as a teenager. He and his wife Laura of 17 years, and their daughter Paige currently reside in Stedman, NC.

Secretary - Victory simply could not function without Ann Lucero.  Capable, wise and efficient, Ann runs the office, keeps the books, places orders, prepares the bulletins, and does just about everything else that keeps the organization running smoothly.

Youth Director - Harriet Horner has an intensity for youth that is infectious.  Her boundless energy and creative talents keeps the youth ministry interesting and vibrant.
 

Director of Children's Ministries - Jan Endres is a wonderful asset to our Children's Ministry. Jan is full of ideas, and a wonderfully organized lady.  The Children's program is growing under her leadership. We are fortunate to have her leading this ministry.
